As a consumer you have the right to change your mind for most products purchased online within 14 days and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013.
This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.

If the order is cancelled after the goods have left our premises the outward carriage and return carriage would not be reimbursed.

If any goods wish to be returned, you have 14 days to return the items, however written notification must be given prior to returning the goods to us for authorisation. Invoice address and ref numbers must be clearly marked on paperwork.

Goods returned will receive a full credit if they are still in unopened packaging and in deemed to be in a saleable condition.

We will arrange for the delivery of the Goods to the address specified on your order, or to another location we agree in writing.

If you would prefer to collect, items can be collected from our premises in Amersham. Notification is required 24 hours in advance.

Subject to the specific terms of any special delivery service, delivery can take place at any time of the day and must be accepted at any time between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.

We deliver on lorry’s that range from 7.5 ton up to 18 ton therefore our sales office must be made aware of any delivery restrictions such as narrow roads, overhanging tress or issues with parking.

The shingle are moved via pump truck to a hard surface (driveway/pathway). If you have a gravel drive the driver will only be able to leave goods at the closest hard surfaced area.
Deliveries are made kerb site only and all deliveries need to be sign for as proof of receipt of goods.

If you do not take delivery of the Goods after the date has been confirmed we may, at our discretion we have the right to recharge a redelivery fee of £30.00.
Any dates/ times quoted for delivery are approximate only.
We will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods that is caused by a circumstance beyond our control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.

If the goods are not in stock you will be notified and an alternative delivery date will be given.

You must inspect the Goods on delivery or collection.

If you identify any damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing within 2 days of delivery, providing details and photographs.

Other than by agreement, we will only accept returned Goods if we are satisfied that those Goods are defective and if required, have carried out an inspection.

Subject to your compliance with this clause and/or our agreement, you may return the Goods and we will, as appropriate, replace, or refund the Goods or part of them.

We will be under no liability or further obligation in relation to the Goods if:
a. you fail to provide notice as set above; and/or

b. you make any further use of such Goods after giving notice under the clause above relating to damages and shortages; and/or

c. the defect arises because you did not follow our oral or written instructions about the storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the Goods; and/or

d. the defect arises from normal wear and tear of the Goods; and/or

e. the defect arises from misuse or alteration of the Goods, negligence, wilful damage or any other act by you, your employees or agents or any third parties.
You bear the risk and cost of returning the goods if any of the above is applicable.
